Bistro Little Saigon

We had a very nice evening with very polite staff. All courses had a lot of detail and there were surprisingly many (11) courses. It was hence quite opulent. A real food journey. There was a clear Japanese flavor theme in most courses. Many dishes also featured fruity/ fermentation acidity, which felt a bit much at times. The cigar smoke flavored dessert was unique.

PASTIS, my favorite restaurant for everyday life. Here you know my wishes and preferences. The service is excellent. Unfortunately, PASTIS has not opened the evening.
